Marco Martinez is our Managing Director and was previously Business Development Director for Priory Healthcare. In a previous City based life he worked in asset backed securities and structured finance as a deal maker for Salomons, Skandinaviska Enskilde Banken and Citigroup. In long term recovery himself, Marco brings with him a unique mix of commerciality combined with direct experience of the treatment and recovery process.
Dr David Bremner is our Medical Director and is a consultant psychiatrist specialising in addictions. He has worked as Medical Director in a variety of addiction treatment settings and is currently also the Medical Director of The Seagrave Trust, a charity focusing on "medicine and technology in the treatment of addiction." Dr Bremner also works as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Addictions within a central London NHS Trust.
Dr Louisa Vingoe is Co-Head of Treatment and is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society and has led the creation of the English version of the Tactus programme. She began her career gaining an MSc in Addiction with distinction at the Institute of Psychiatry, London twelve years ago. Following this, she worked in the field of addiction research for five years publishing many academic articles on the topic of substance misuse. She has since worked in community mental health, inpatient forensic psychiatry, and residential drug and alcohol treatment services.
Dr Robert Hill is Co-Head of Treatment and is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who has worked for over twenty years in mental health services and the university sector. For the last ten years he has worked as lead clinician within inpatient drug and alcohol services in London. He has published over sixty articles on various aspects of mental health and substance use. He is currenly co-editing a book ‘Principles and Practice of Groupwork in Addictions’ to be published in 2010.
