Complaints

At www.lookatyourdrinking.com we value your feedback. Should you have any concerns or complaints, please raise these with your therapist immediately. If you have a complaint that your therapist is unable to resolve to your satisfaction, or if your complaint is about your therapist, you can contact our Medical Director, our dedicated complaints officer at info@lookatyourdrinking.com. We will aknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and review your case within 10 working days. If an investigation is required this will take no more than 20 working days to be completed and the findings disclosed to you. If you remain concerned, you can then discuss this with our Managing Director. We aim to resolve any concerns you may have to your satisfaction.  However, should you still feel that you wish to proceed further, you can contact the Health Service Ombudsman at www.ombudsman.org.uk.
